This year we are starting the first DRU FAST TRACK. A Dru Teacher Training course designed specifically for qualified yoga teachers. Now, for the first time, yoga teachers can become a Dru Teacher in just 1 year!
- Deepen your awareness of the koshas (layers of awareness) and chakras, and learn how to teach using them.
- Learn the unique Dru Yoga ‘Energy Block Release Sequences’,
- Explore the Dru Yoga approach to familiar subjects such as Asana and Pranayama, Bandha, and Mudra as powerful tool for self development and inner healing.
- Deepen your knowledge of the philosophy of yoga including the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the Principal Upanishads.
- Dru Yoga as a therapeutic tool for supporting different ailments
- Enhance your meditation practice and learn how to integrate the resulting energy work into your regular yoga practice.
- You will also be eligible to enrol in our Post-Graduate Programme as a Dru Yoga Fast Track Teacher and gain qualifications in:
- Dru Yoga and Back Care
- Pre-Natal Dru Yoga
- Dru Kids
- Dru Teens
- Dru Yoga Dance
- Dru Power-Fitness Yoga
Upon completion of the Dru Back care and Dru Pre Natal modules you can apply to become a qualified Yoga Therapist with the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Health Council).
